Valerie Lerida -  Chiropractic Assistant

In 2007, Valerie earned her Shodan-Ho (probationary black belt)  from California Shitoryu  Karate.  Two years later in 2009, she earned her Shodan,1st Degree Blackbelt. While attending California Shitoryu Karate, she taught classes weekly to the younger children.

Valerie gradated in 2010 from River Springs Charter School. She is currently furthering her education at Riverside Community College with a major in Computer Science. In continuing with the family tradition to serve in the US Armed Forces, she is pursuing a career in the Security Forces as a US Air Force reservist at March Air Force Base.

In her spare time, Valerie attends church at Revival Christian Fellowship and loves spending time with family. Her hobbies include; camping, riding dirt bikes in the desert and perfecting her marksmanship skills on the range. She resides in the Temecula Valley surrounded by family and friends.
