Politice for Colds & Chest Congestion
8 cups water
1/2 head garlic cloves, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups corn meal
8 Drops Eucalyptus Oil
3 aloe vera cactus leaves, sliced to expose the jelly*
Mix water, garlic, onion, vinegar and aloe in large pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Add the cornmeal, stirring until it thickens. It takes a bit of care to smash all the lumps out. Stir in the Eucalyptus oil and stir. Pt the mixture into an old pillowcase or t0shirt that's ok to throw away wen you're finished with it. Tie it securely and hold it against your chest, or breathe directly into it. Reheat it in the microwave for about two minutes when it cools off. It will store in the refrigerator for several days. It's much better for you than taking medicine.
